Sherriff Grass Care
Sherriff Grass Care is the online retail divison of Sherriff Amenity based in Newmarket. Real IT had worked with Sherriff Amenity on its website projects for many years, so when the concept of this new business venture was discussed, we were asked to work alongside the Sherriff team in looking at the viability of the project and subsequently after 12 months of research and discussion the launch.
Creative
Real IT created the logo in line with the existing Sherriff Amenity branding but specifically for the Grass Care division. The ecommerce site needed to be clean, and interactive, but most of all easy to use our design team came up with the design concepts that exist on the current site. We have also designed the email marketing template designs.
Web
Having spent over 12 months investigating the concept for this new division, both Real IT and the staff at Sherriff had a clear vision in terms of 1st phase launch functionality for this ecommerce web site. Real IT's in-house development team set to work building a .net website
www.sherriffgrasscare.com with a bespoke CMS, and product management system.
We also advised Sherriff on what options were available in terms of payment gateways, and the decison to use SagePay was made, and subsequently integrated into the website.
Marketing
Being an e-commerce online division there are no retail outlets other than online, so it was important to communicate with customers and potential customers about product updates, special offers, and seasonal news. Real IT developed an email marketing module and integrated into the website CMS, allowing Sherriff Grass Care staff to manage and send email marketing.
Other Services
We have recently undertaken a
cookie audit, to ensure that the website complies with the EU directive. After undertaking the audit we provided an appropriate consent solution and this was integrated into the website.
